Free Positive Affirmations Examples

If you’re not sure what free positive affirmations are, you probably would like some examples of affirmations to help you get started.

Everyone needs a different affirmation depending on the behaviors that they are trying to change and the life that they want to live.  Below you will find some affirmations examples:

  • I am healthy and attractive.
  • I can achieve anything I put my mind to.
  • My possibilities are endless.
  • I am confident.
  • I am secure.
  • I am unafraid.
  • I am worthy of love.
  • I have all of the tools needed to be successful.
  • I have the energy to get through the day.
  • I deserve success and happiness.
  • Opportunities are what I make of them.
  • I am free to be myself.
  • I can make my goals a reality.

These are just a few free affirmations examples that you can apply to your life in a way that you see if.  Don’t see what you are looking for? Don’t worry about it, there are a lot more free examples of affirmations.

Using Free Positive Affirmations to Live a Healthy Life

Using positive affirmations is not at all difficult.  The most difficult part may be finding one that you really believe in and applies to your situation.

Once you have done this you need to affirm the statement by saying it out loud constantly.  It is then a good idea to write it down a couple times to reaffirm the statement again, and then you should say it or at least think it at every turn.  For example, if you are using free positive affirmations to help build self confidence you could say, "I am healthy and attractive," or "I am worthy of love," when you know that you are heading into situations where you feel less confident than usual.

You can work free positive affirmations into your life in just seconds a day and when you use them often enough you’ll find that they have a positive effect on you life by replacing the formerly negative inner dialog with a positive one.

Using free positive affirmations is not difficult; it just takes some practice to use the positive affirmations instead of allowing the negative dialog that is always running in the background to continue to go on.  You can effectively stop negativity in its tracks once you integrate affirmations into your life. Give it a try!
